Hi Everyone
COVID continues to be a fluid situation throughout the state of Minnesota and the U.S. There has been conversation that the Shinedown concert that is scheduled for Friday, Sept 17, 2021 may require staff that work backstage to be fully vaccinated. Currently, we are still waiting on final word from the promoter.
To prepare for this and this possibility for future shows, we are asking you to submit to Target Center HR a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card or the attached Voluntary Confirmation of Fully Vaccinated Status.
You can submit these in the following ways.
1. Email a picture or scan to: hr@targetcenter.com.
2. Mail a copy to: Target Center, Attn: HR, 600 1st Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55403
3. Drop off a copy to our reception desk: Target Center, 600 1st Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55403. Reception is located on skyway level across from the Sasquatch statue and next to TCL 612 Lounge.
Please submit AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This information will be kept in a confidential file with the HR Department.
It is possible that if you are not vaccinated or not willing to provide proof of vaccination you may not be able to work shows that do require this.
If any new or additional information comes out in the coming weeks, I will continue to communicate that out to you via email or through the Local 13 union hall.
