Learn where you can find your 401k account balances and change your asset allocation amongst the various funds offered. Empower is introducing a new website, so some things may have changed.
Stay on track by going online. See where you stand. View how you compare. Get the next steps. Visit our plan website and log in to your account to easily see how much you’ve saved, change your allocations, and more. Be wary of the Estimated Monthly Income as it includes Empower's guesstimate of your Social Security income. For your accurate Social Security information, you can go to SSA.gov.
Direct link to the Empower (former Mass Mutual) website. This is where you can find your 401k account balances, and change your asset allocation amongst the various funds offered. Note: Address changes and distribution requests are handled by Zenith (see below).
There are about 25 401K funds you can choose from if you care to self direct your money. There are all of the age based allocation funds as well as the asset class type funds listed below. You can click on any fund to see the Google page for it. Or click it in the ticker to see the Macroaxis page for the fund.
If you do nothing to self direct your funds to your own choices, these are the default asset allocation funds the administrators automatically place your money into based on your expected retirement date. You can click on any fund to see the Google page for it. Or click it in the ticker to see the Macroaxis page for the fund.
The IATSE Local 13 Retirement Plan & Trust (“Fund”) has transitioned to Zenith-American Solutions as the new Fund Administrators.  Contact Zenith if you have questions regarding your employer or voluntary contributions.  Also, be sure to keep your address changes and beneficiary information up to date here. Finally, all distribution requests are handled through Zenith.
Every year the IATSE Local 13 Retirement Plan & Trust is required to file a form called a 5500 with the Department of Labor.
401k beneficiary and voluntary withholding forms. Federal health care memo's and FAQ's.
This is a link to the National Benefit Fund, which is our health care website. Find your information under Health & Welfare. We do not participate in the national Annuity or Pension sections as we have our own 401k (above).
