Hand Sewing Classes
Jan 07, 2026

Hand sewing is a necessary skill for all wardrobe workers. This is an introduction to hand sewing as it applies to wardrobe workers in a live performance setting. Students will learn a variety of hand-sewn stitches, their applications, and the tools necessary to complete the stitches. In this class, students will either learn new skills, refresh rusty skills, or have previous skills confirmed.

We will have two days. This will let more people take this class.

These classes will be held at the Orpheum Theatre on February 3rd and 4th, 9 am–2 pm. You will only be able to take one of the two days. Signing up for this class will start on the wardrobe list, and you will need to respond to the sign-up email.
