We are IATSE Local 13, a stage employees union.

We are out here today to tell people that the employer, RockForce Labor is not meeting area standard conditions in our area for the workers who are working the stage. The wages, benefits and conditions were far
lower than what we would typically work under.

Rock Force Labor is offering wages, benefits and working conditions that are below the area standards for the Twin Cities. Why is this important? Because the workers staffing this event should be paid a fair wage and fair benefits. When employers come into our cities offering lower wages, benefits and working conditions, it can create an unsafe working environment, and undercut the local workers who make their living in this community.
