Every year the IATSE Local 13 Retirement Plan & Trust is required to file a form called a 5500 to the Department of Labor.
To find those forms, open the following site in a new window:

Skip the top right search box and instead scroll down to where you will see Plan Name.
Enter I.A.T.S.E. Local 13 Retirement Plan & Trust for the Plan Name.
Then scroll further down and choose the Search button found at the bottom of the page.
