Basic qualifications for list advancement, you MUST pass the appropriate test to advance a letter list:

The D List 

All Stagehands on this list must have a passing grade on the Stage Employees Apprenticeship Qualification Test. In addition, all Stagehands on this list must have accrued one (1) Year of Credit in the last one (1) calendar year with employers under union contract with Local 13, or under Pink Contract issued by Local 13 or by the International Office, consisting of a minimum of fifty (50) Credit Days.

C LIST

All Stagehands on this list must have a passing grade on the Stage Employees Intermediate Qualification Test. In addition, all Stagehands on this list must have accrued two (2) Years of Credit in the last two (2) calendar years with employers under union contract with Local 13, or under Pink Contract issued by Local 13 or by the International Office, consisting of a minimum of seventy-five (75) Credit Days per year.

B LIST

All persons on this list must have a passing grade on the Stage Employees Journeyman Qualification Test. In addition, all Stagehands on this list must have accrued three (3) Years of Credit within the past four (4) consecutive calendar years with employers under union contract with Local 13, or under Pink Contract issued by Local 13 or by the International Office, consisting of a minimum of one hundred (100) Credit Days per year.
