Congratulations to the Minnesota Nurses Association on ratifying a three-year contract giving them 18% pay increases and better working conditions in the Twin Cities.
This will help them try to keep up with current inflation and should that continue at it's current high rate, give them the opportunity to negotiate again in three years.
