The following is from the MN UI website explaining the Extended Benefits program is expected to end in MN if there is no further action from Congress.

Unless Congress passes legislation to extend these benefit programs, three programs are set to end in December 2020:
Extended Benefits (EB)
Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC)
In each of the past several recessions, Congress has acted to add 13 weeks of Extended Benefits at a time, often several times over.
