Monday, August 16th, 9:00AM-4:00PM at Rarig Center at the University of MN.
Advanced/Journeyman Level Class: The Ion Foundations class
Identify key elements of the Ion console hardware, identify key elements of the Ion console user interface, patch conventional fixtures, work with channels in Live mode, channels to specific levels, select active channels, play, and delete a basic cue, manage show files (save, edit, delete), record, select, and delete groups, record to, load, and clear Submasters, create step effects, patch a multi-parameter device (introductory concepts)

Tuesday, August 17th, 9:00AM-4:00PM at Rarig Center at the University of MN.
Advanced/Journeyman Level Class: Intermediate Ion Programming class
Differentiate among different display options, work with channels in Blind mode, patch moving lights and mult-parameter fixtures, identify different ways to select multiple channels, record and recall palettes, record and recall presets, use the color picker, differentiate between record and record only functions, use filters when recording cues, modify cues in Blind and Live modes, set cue level timing, set cue attributes, use blocks, use the mark function, use go to cue functions, use custom settings on Submasters, use park functions, create relative and absolute effects.
